而同時，目前鐵塔基站電力使用存在以下問題：

1.相關人員行為：

對應人員會依靠基站的供電系統，私自接搭自用設備。

2.非生產能耗居高不下:

據統計分析，平均每個基站空調的電費支出約占整個基站電費支出的54%左右，空調成為基站機房中的主要耗電設備。

3.系統聯動性差:

無法遠程控制基站設備和線路，線路出現故障時無法立即通知相應人員并采取措施。

4.基站數量大，運維負擔重、效率低：
